Ba Tsai Industrial's Digital Empowerment Leads to Abundant Growth in Sales and Traffic
Background
Ba Tsai Industrial Co., Ltd. primarily imports award-winning Split Polyphosphate EX-polyP products and raw materials from Japan. They have developed an oral periodontal care product, "Periodontal Gel," to prevent gum recession, which serves as their core business.
Chairman Tsai Cheng-Chieh, a graduate of Tokyo Institute of Technology, serendipitously obtained the exclusive license for this healthcare product in Taiwan. He aspires to promote this product to benefit more Taiwanese people suffering from oral and periodontal diseases. Early sales through major e-commerce channels yielded promising initial results. However, to increase profit margins, Chairman Tsai decided to establish a direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce platform to accelerate growth.
The initial challenges involved structuring a DTC e-commerce website, implementing long-term SEO strategies for core keywords to generate organic traffic, utilizing Google Ads for targeted lead generation, and leveraging generative AI for efficient content marketing and funnel optimization.
Solutions
Under consistent guidance, Ba Tsai Industrial gradually established a data-driven performance management system for their digital channels, continuously optimizing and improving their strategies.
